Default 4th gen aftermarket steering wheel install

I saw the writeup on ntpog.org for the steering wheel replacment, and it seems pretty easy. Wondering if you do need the steering wheel puller or if you can get the wheek off without it. Thats the only tool that I dont have, anyone have experience with this? Thanks Alot

You don't need a steering wheel puller

as for the airbag... position the steering wheel in such a way that when you're sitting there driving, the wheel blocks the light. lol
