Crippled by an SUV
This afternoon, while I was in the theater watching V for Vendetta, an absent minded middle aged woman, put her 2003 Chevy Suburban in to reverse and slammed in to my car. Luckily she wasn't hurt. Oddly while picking up pieces of my shattered headlight off the ground and waiting for the police, she told me that this isn't her first wreck and that she has trouble driving such a big automobile... It's very comforting to know that there are people driving 2 ton tanks on our streets, who haven't the skill to handle them. Maybe we should start a coalition, M.A.D.S (Men Against Dames in SUV's)

I totally agree with the above post, she stayed and fessed up to what she did. That is pretty rare in this kind of situation - but then again, she might have had people watching her outside the theater too...
Hope everything works out Op...

It's not too bad, I got a quote for about $2500, Im going to a couple other places today to compare. Im going to have to replace the hood, Im debating on getting an OEM carbon fiber one, or sticking with stock. Any suggestions?

go with a carbon fiber. charge her for a new oem hood and itll cover a new carbon fiber + part of the shipping. if you ever planned on getting one in the future, no better time than now since you have to replace it anyways.
