Default stock horn question/imput

i hardly ever honk the horn but i've come to realize that it is quite wimpy and sounds horrible. does anybody second this? if so have u switched it out with a diff one? what kind? thanks!

Unless its a real air horn off a truck, all these aftermarket ones from Hella or Woloo are still pretty wimpy. An Accord V6 horn sounds louder.

I also felt that the stock horn on AP1's sucked. I went to Pepboys and bought this:



There are two that you need for the best sound. High and low. (About ~$30 total)

The first, I attached at the stock horn location.

(Sucky wiring job, I know... )

Second, I put in the engine bay.



It sounds way better. Scared the crap out of a lady this morning that made a left hand turn right in front of me. Almost slammed into her head-on at 60mph. Stupid old ladies and their SUV's...

And the wiring is simple. Just use the stock wiring for power and ground.
