halo projectors
ive looked and havent been able to fing any info on this so here i go. i have a 95 accord lx 4 dr and have dual halo projectors. but dont know how to really install them. i know the regular headlight wires but there are these other red and black cables i guess for the halo's themselves and dont know where they go. can anyone help me with this matter please
As 93cb7sedan mentioned:
Red traditionally is hot +Positive
Black traditionally is ground -Negative
You've a choise of how you can wire up the Halo's
*Negative (-Black) to chassis (Ground) for all installations
Turns on with Parking Lamps
*Positive (+Red) to the power feed to the corner lamp (red w/black trace)
Turns on from independent switch
*Positive (+Red) to aux switch (switched power sourse)

hey, p, i think the kid is confused because some hell-no light are using h4 as running light.
if you are not sure, please let someone do it, if you tap the wrong wire, kiss the harness good bye with a harness fire

(softly chuckles to self...) Yes, that would certainly be nasty. Most of the garbage I've seen used High Intensity LED's for the Hell-O rings. Hanging an H4 on the end of 18 gauge wiring might have spectacular results. Can anyone say "Fusable Link?"
I strongly dislike it when the wire insulation gets all wrinkly and discolors like that.
