Default trans strain

i have a 95 honda accord coupe with an automatic trans. i already have 14inch rims(factory) and i was wondering if i got some 16 or 17 inch wheel would that put a strain on my trans cause i sure dont want to rebiuld it again. please help

No, absolutely not. The diameter of the wheels is inconsequential with regards to any stress. It's the tire diameter that's the consideration. ...And since the tire size is limited by fender and suspension limitations, you're going to be ok.

You've got to remember, although the wheel diameter rises, the tires sidewall narrows and the diameter stays very close to the original spec.
