Default 2 low?

i just installed my new koni's...the yellow ones...

and i set both snap rings (rear and back) on the lowest possible...my springs are neusspeed race...

my car is super low..and i love it..although it kinda smells like something is burning for a little bit right after i get somewhere...i checked..the tire dosent seem to be rubbing...but it might rub a little bit i dont know...

i was wondering if anyone else thats lowered on this has the same problem...if it rubs or not...because im thinking of throwing it up a notch back to normal :S
