If you buy anything from me you are contracting to this agreement:

This release is for a holding deposit and contract that will lead toward the final

payment and contract for new ownership of the parts and or goods included in sale.

Included in the sale will only be what is stated in words in the sale post. Final

payment of $X.XX will be required when delivery is made by me or before shipping

takes place. If Delivery will be made in person, this contract requires that two written

receipts be signed by both party's confirming that delivery was completed and

transfer of ownership has occurred. By making payment and "completion of contract"

you are agreeing to the following terms: These parts and/or items are sold "as is"

and have no warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose

including all automotive parts and or discharging weapons which will be used for "off road" and or "in safe range of pedestrians" purposes only.

Once we verbally agree to a term of payments it will be considered a gentleman's

agreement without a contract or specific time frame unless otherwise noted.

if you send a deposit and don't send within 30 days more money or completely payoff

the bill for the item in question i will send you a registered letter asking for a

permanent time frame to complete payment.If you do not answer after the 90 days

of sending the letter i will SELL the item in question to cover my losses.


I work with my customers as much as I can. But i need a commitment.

Everyone has bad times.

If letter comes back not received or answered within 30 days i will send another

after 90 days (total from first mailed letter date if unanswered) I will sell your parts

to another party to cover the left over bill and you will not be entitled to any

back restitution.
