JDM Wheels
I want to get some JDM wheels for my 90 DA9 but I don't know which oneos to get!And I'm trying to figure out which wheels are the JDM wheels and which ones are the knock offs. So someone help me figure out which ones are JDM wheels and which are the knock offs. So that I wont be rolling thinkin I'm cool and I'm really ridin on knock offs.
***Still looking for some GSR Blades though (might even trade my mesh wheels)***

Naw I'm serious! Cause I go out to the meets here in Orlando and I see some Rota Circuit 8's then I seen some other wheels that I liked. Then went into this shop that sells nothing but JDM ****! And they were like no these aren't rota knock offs blah blah blah! I was sitting there like damn! I know there's Advans, The CPR's, CPS's, and some more that I can't remember right now. I just wanted to know the whole line of them so that I wouldn't look like a dick head. Cmon now there's a guy who asked a dumb *** question on here like "What does ITR mean?" Even me a beginner knows that ****. I don't think my quesiton is worse than that!
I haven't checked out spoons yet. I was looking on this site http://www.gruppe-s.com the advans look real nice to me. I can't get off thoses. The RG II's I think. I don't know I'm still looking though. I have to find a site where I can check out the spoon wheels. I think DA9's look real good wit just some GSR Blades on them though. All you have to do is drop it put a lip kit on it and call it a day long as the exterior is clean. I have to get a paint job though I have a northern car here in FL. and all the salt from the snow back home in Maryland took a toll on my baby. But its minor. Trying to figure out which color to paint it though is the hard part! Oh and tryin to figure out which wheels to go with. As for going wit Rota 2 be cheap NAW! Not for me, my new years resolution is if I'ma be broke might as well look good doing it! LMAO pretty fucked up but we only live once so expletive it! Drive fast, and live life to the limit. Appreciate the comments though

so I ride on 16" Rota C10's. Does that mean I'm not cool?
This JDM vs. knock-off BS is really, really REALLY getting old.
If you want the lightest wheels for racing and have the money to spend on them, great
If you like the style of JDM wheels and don't have the money to spend on them, then get replicas
If you want a decently light, well performing wheel and can't afford the best out there, get replicas
If you only care about the DAMN JDM NAME and hate on replicas and those who have them, well

I always see the guys who hate on people who have replicas. It's probably because they had to spend more. Replicas are cheaper to replace and are not theft targets quite as much. I really love Spoon SW388s, but I would get Rota Slips (black) if I can't afford the Spoons.
If someone really wants to be "JDM", then move there. What's more JDM than that?
