Anyone know the CFM that the stock civic fan pulls in?
ummm i can tell you that i have the stock AC fan rewired onto the radiator of my friend's 280z and it has more than adequate cooling.

This aftermarket FAL fan claims 30% more airflow than stock, and it's rated at 1250CFM.
That puts the stock fan at 961.5384615 CFM.

wow, just to put that into perspective, the stock fan that we pulled off of a mark VIII for swap into a mustang pushes out more than 5000 CFM's

I work with fans all day that push 30,000 to 60,000 CFM.

yeah but if ours are putting out 1000cfm then by your logic theirs would only push 2000cfm's, 5000 is a lot. what kind of fans push up to 60000 cfm's industrial stuff i am guessing.

Just get a 13" fan out of a 96-2000 ford taurus for 30 bucks. Its slim and is a 2 speed fan low speed is about 3200 cfm and high speed is about 500 cfm, im running this fan as a pusher with custom brackets and shroud on my mishimoto half sized civic radiator and it is perfect and i have not had any cooling problems
