Default TEIN HA or Apexi WS dampeners?

Can someone please shed some light on this for me? The TEIN is a little more expensive but it does have the 16 level adjustability, but I also hear that they rust or something. Any help would be great.

$1000 for the HA I would say you're hardly getting any improvement over the stock ITR suspension. Only good thing about it is that you can run a little stiffer springs and lower your car. My friend had a set on his ITR and it couldn't settle the car soon enough, unlike other higher quality dampers. He has had that for 3 years and finally got rid of them and got something else.

i used to have the tein ha system on my gsr so i have a basis for comparision. I also drove my friends itr (stock suspension) and the gsr with the teins out handles the stock itr in every way
