Brake Swap and Issue's!!!!

Brake Swap and Issue's!!!!
I have a 95 del sol SI and am trying to swap out my brakes, as we speak, I broke the lower bolt on my calipers...I have a parts VTEC del sol so I figure I'll just swap out the caliper...my issues are
those two bolts that hold on the rotor...How you supposed to get those out?
and will the VTEC caliper, bracket and rotor work with the SI spindle?
