a lot of people do...honda-tech does not have a lot of info for the A series motors however, but if you roll on over to http://www.3geez.com , well, everone there is all about the 3rd generation accord... some of them even have ITR motors in them if I'm not mistaken...anyways, that's the direction you should head for A series motor info...

1988 Honda Accord LXi 4/2 dr

A20A3 12V 1955cc SOHC PGM-FI 1955 120hp@5500rpm 119tq@4500rpm '88-'89 Accord LX-i (USA)

And THAT'S without going over to that other forum.

"They" seem to forget that (GASP) most of us cut our teeth on the old relics, and know all to well the in's and outs of flip-up headlamps, constantly replacing ball joints, gear clash automatics and the sticker shock of replacing the "a" pipe the first (of several) times

i know people have made some SERIOUS power by boosting their FI A20's....i guess its like boosting an F22 but with even beefier internals, and simpler engine management.

johnny ortiz runs a 3rd gen w/ a fully built and boosted a20 w/ around 500hp and runs 10's.

haveanosday has a similar setup in a prelude that he is now dropping into a hatch and made a tranny adapter plate to fit a b series tranny on the a20 motor. some interesting stuff. search a20 in the drag racing forum.
