where are civic si built?

this question refers to the US model:

does anyone know where the honda civic si are built? i assume it's built in the USA. an exact location would be awesome.

10% Japan 80% USA/Canada according to the dealership.

The 10% from Japan is the tranny.

yeah, mine came from alliston as well. Car was manufactured in Canada. Engine assembled in the USA, and Tranny from Japan.

yeah, mine says Canada, thought it was funny since the last Civic I had was made in Canada too.
