Would the h23 crank fit the h22 using the h22 eagle rods?

in that case check out the thread on making the h23 vtec
youre gonna want to use h23 rods most likely, but you could use h22 rods and custom pistons.....note that h22 and h23 bare blocks are identical
run a search for h23 vtec, you will find what you need
