Default Bilstein HD or Koni Yellows for H&R OE Sport springs

Which shocks work better with the H&R OE sport springs? I have a 98 Integra RS and want to update the suspension. This is my daily driver so I need to use the H&R OE sport springs for my local "less than perfect" roads.

Thanks,
John

either would be fine, but with the prices being so close to each other, i'd go with the konis so you can adjust the damping when you feel it need be.

I decided to go with the Bilsteins because of their excellent reputation and because I got a pretty good deal on a set of 4.
Within the next month I will have these installed along with the H&R OE sport springs on my car and I am considering adding a lower rear sway bar.
What bar do you think complements this shock/spring setup best? I am leaning toward the ST 19mm rear sway and adding either a BSQ or ASR brace. Any opinions? I wasn't sure if the 22mm ITR rear sway was a bit too stiff for the shock/spring combo I have chosen...besides, 19mm sounds like a good improvement over the stock 13mm for a daily driver (which this car is).

Back when I had a stock suspension, adding a Comptech rear swaybar gave the car fantastic neutral to slight understeer characteristics, and didn't effect the daily ride quality in any way I could feel (other than seriously reducing the body roll). The adjustibility is nice in case you don't like the stiffest setting, and the reinforcement it comes with seems very well designed. This is on a 00 GSR. So, imo, a 22mm rear bar isn't too much for a stock, or close to stock, suspension.

I think I'm gong to save up some more money and get the Comptech or ASR/ITR combo. I've heard good things about both setups and neither one requires any drilling
