hi I was wondering if anyone knew what type of fluid do I need to use for the atts system on a 01 lude

 

Use 1qt of honda atf.

is it compatible with the power steering fluid. see thing is is that i'm putting a 01 sh motor in a 92 accord and the atts system is what I'm worried about with the axles and the lines that come out of the atts.

Im looking in my manual right now

Quantity: 1.4 l (1.5 US-qt)
And like he said use Genuine Honda Premium Formula Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)

Thats straight from the manual

 

Basicly just add until it starts to come out of the fill plug alittle bit then you know its full. For me that was alittle bit less than 1.5 quarts

 

It's only 1.5qts if you've just rebuilt the unit. Drain and replace is just 1qt. Regardless, it'll start coming out when it's full.

 

OK yea your right its 1.0 US-qt. I was looking at (like you said )when you completely disassemble or replace the unit. Sorry bout that guys
