I was told by the dealership I recently bought my new accord at that it was not advisable for me to get window tinting. They said that I could not have my windows tinted because there was something wrong with the 2006s. Have there been any complaints on the 2006 Accord Coupes and window tinting? Please advise.

it might be that they already have a film applied to block uv rays and help keep the car cooler........

 

I read something about that on a forum. The guy said that the coupe doesn't come with "felt" on the window run channel or sill or ?? But he did also say that the felt could be installed to remedy the situation. I would suggest asking your widow tint "expert" about it, before installing.
