Default clicking noise coming from VALVE! PLEASE HELP!!

My JDM B16A 1st gen makes weird LOUD clicking noise. And I know the noise came from the VALVE. So i took the valve cover off and adjust the the valves. It help a little but a still makes a small clicking noise. Also, I notice the v-tec controller. The thing that is connect to the head one of the fuse is not functioning. Could that be the reason y my vlave are making that clicking noise? Its annoying the **** out of me someone please HELP!

are you sure its the valves and not the injectors? the injector ticking noise can resemble valves and honda injectors tend to be pretty loud. as far as the fuse im not sure but i believe it would be a wise guess to say no especially if your vtec is noticeably working.

I am 100% sure its the valves. Because I use one of those thing that doctor put in their ears to figure out whre the sounds come from and its invovle the valves.
