Help converting rubber radiator hose to ss braided.
I want to convert my OEM radiator rubber hoses to stainless steel braided lines. Is there a write up or procedure somewhere about this ?? I know I need enough braided hosing to go from the thermostat to the radiator, etc. but what about the connection point where the hose attaches to the thermostat housing or radiator ?? How do I convert these to AN fittings ?? I don't want to go through this hassle just to end up using tie wraps at the ends which won't hold the pressure anyway.
The real trick to this project is that I'm using an electric water pump so I need to go from thermostat housing to water pump to radiator and I need to have a slightly longer hose so that I can install the pump in the engine bay.

If I was to do anything I would throw spoon hoses on but.
I think autozone sells fake ss lines that you can put over tubing.
Or I know a place around where I live called Parker Hydraulics. They make everytime type of hose known to man.. You just go in and tell them what you want. If they don't have it in stock they will custom make it.

Well the whole idea came to me as I was an article in a recent HondaTuning magazine. The show a 90 CRX with a b-series swap and its running a Meziere/AEBS electric water pump like the one I have. They used custom-length ss-braided hoses from the radiator to the pump to the thermostat and located the water pump up behind the passenger's side headlamp. This is exactly what I want to do. I am NOT interested in ss braid to dress up the engine.
