Default Trouble tuning LSVTEC

My setup:

95 B18B1 block
USDM P72 teg type r pistons
GSR head (stock)
gsr injectors
AEM intake
DC 4 to 1 header
test pipe
2.25" cat back
B&M adj. fuel pressure regulator
Walbro 190lph fuel pump

I'm using Crome 1.1.8R2, Moates Ostrich on a chipped P28. Fuel pressure is at 45psi w/ vacuum.

Before I put the fuel pump in the car was running very lean at part throttle and full throttle. I dyno'd thhe car at a local shop and was upset by the results. Not the Hp numbers but the A/F's. By very lean I mean A/F's between 13.75 to 18!!!!

I haven't been able to use a wideband since that dyno session but I've been trying to do the spark plug check to tune the car. I upgraded the fuel pump and still have weird problems. Here is a pic of the #1 cyl plug...

After 10K miles on the motor I have misfiring at idle and if I WOT at low mph and high gear (i.e. 4th gear at 20mph) the car bucks. I live in IL and on cold start on a cold day the car starts then bogs and dies. I have to hold the gas pedal down to keep the car running for the first minute.
Any suggestions?

Get a better pic of the plug for us.. And your saying that after it was tuned it was that bad of an air/fuel ratio?

I tried to tune the car on a dyno with wideband and the car just wouldn't richen up enough to get the ratio down. I believed it was because of the stock CX fuel pump. The best I could get was an unstable 14.7 to 15.9.

After that day I put in a Walbro 190lph.

I'll post a better pic of the spark plug tonight.

Here is a few more pics of the spark plug.

I know that the pics are still blurry but it's the best I can do with my shitty sony digital.
