I found a pretty good deal on KYBs and CG coils locally but they are for an EK. Problem is that I have a an EG. Ive heard of people griding away at the stock EG LCAs to make the setup work except I would rather not risk messing something up.

The guy that Im buying the setup from offered to sell me his factory LCAs from an 00 SI he has as a parts car. Will they fit on my EG with the EK suspension to make it all fit?

No it will NOT work.

EK LCAs are about one inch longer than the EG's. If you do install them on your EG, you have some serious camber issues...

The EK's rear LCAs are the only part that is geometrically different from the EG/DC susepension...

 

So I need to find EG LCAs and "modify" them with a grinder?

How much grinding am I gonna have to do?
