one of the most common sway bar sets is the integra type r swaybar. most cars though, arent designed to handle one that thick right off the lot. in fact adding one that big can often cause significant damage to the subframe. there are a few threads still active in here about just that- subframe tearout. normally to counteract that, we use some form of reinforcement plate. comptech makes one, ASR makes one.
the stock gsr sway bar is a 14mm one. the ITR is a 22mm. the 22mm is 510% stiffer than the one you have now. that stiffness will keep the back end flat as you go around corners. the additional rear stiffness also significantly reduces the car's stock tendancy to understeer. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1568125 has a good link about that if you have any other questions.
now the asr/itr combo that was mentioned earlier is available through a-spec racing (the a, s, and r) for usually around $340. you can find the bar alone in the marketplace, usually for around 100 or so. its almost always recommended with a bar that large, that you get a reinforcement package at the same time. replacing the subframe after it tears can be up to a thousand dollar endeavour parts and labor.
the asr/itr combo will more than likely do very well for you... its not quite as recommended as koni/gc, but has alot fo support. youre better off waiting until you can afford the whole set, that way you dont risk a very expensive repair.
hope that was somethign along the lines of what you were lookign for

you can buy the sway bar at the acura dealer, here's a list of parts youll need:
1.) 52300-ST7-Z01 rear swaybar ($80 something)
2.) 52315-ST7-Z01 swaybar bushing ($4.40) (2 needed)
3.) 52308-SS0-000 bushing bracket ($5.95) (2 needed)
4.) 52316-ST7-Z00 endlink bushing ($1.75) (2 needed)
5.) 52312-ST7-Z00 endlink bushing collar ($4.90) (4 needed) –– this part can be reused from the stock swaybar
6.) 90175-ST7-Z00 bolt (8x35) ($2.45) (2 needed)
7.) 94050-08080 flange nut (8mm) ($0.50) (2 needed)
you can just use a beaks install kit $73 with shippingor bsq kit $20. i haven't heard anyone with an integra have any problems with these installs, in fact i have the beaks kit and no problems. search around the integra forum and youll see that these are comparable and no problems from either.

ASR is the plate that goes across the subframe correct?
I made a home-made version of the beaks kit when I installed my GS-R sway bar on my Eh2 hatch(92 Cx hatch).
I'm wondering, can I use the Gs-R endlinks on the ITR sway bar? I can get a sway bar new for 90 dollars.

i looked into that asr plate as well when i was getting my sway but it was kind of pricey and a lot of people had beaks or bsq without problems so i went ahead and bought the beaks, im happy with it.

The asr is indeed the plate that goes across the subframe, in addition to reducing tearout risk it doubles as a ver effective tie-bar, plus it has some nice bling factor. For integras and eg civics, beaks kit is usually enough. Their subframes use thicker metal and the sway bar mounting holes have better placement. EK civics are at much higher risk since their hounting holes are through paper-thin metal and are outboard of the lca bolt, so for them reinforcement is a must for bars 19mm and over, beaks doesnt cut it for them most of the time...
I was almost in automatic when recommending the asr
https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=2 has a pic of a torn eg, dc and eg subframes are identical or nearly identical, so there is potential for damage, but is safer. Do use some form of reinforcement, better safe than sorry
And yes, you can use the stock endlinks, save a couple bucks there

wow guys thanks for the great info, this is why i love this web site.
everyone is so helpful and friendly
that pretty much answers it for me.
im not into the money to say as such, so i think im gonna use the parts list that mrdeadman listed and the bsq kit, i found the sway bar at a parts store here in houston for 80 bucks, someone ordered it and never picked it up.
so thats it then; sway bar, bsq reinforcement kit, and the list of parts from mrdeadman
is that all?

what are you using the car for? daily driver? weekend fun car? track only?
Depending, Id recommend anything from finding a gsr sway bar to upwards of 22mm via ITR/ASR (since you have an ek, you should have reinforcement with 19mm or bigger) or Progress.
