Default This look right? *PICS*

Getting some mixed opinions, so I thought I'd snap a few pics and get feedback from the pros.

Application: Ground Control Coilovers Special Edition for 92-00 civic (bought used 4 months), stock 00 EM1 shocks.
Problem: Gap between rubber spacer and metal sleeve (see pics). Does this look right?

Sorry for the dumb question. Thanks in advance.

Bump. Search didn't yield much here or in the 92-00 forum.

On my EG those poly sleeves made the aluminum threaded sleeve sit firmly centered on the shock body. It is possible that your car does not have the stock shocks on it (if you bought it used). It can be hard to tell since a lot of brands are all painted black...

Honestly, that metal cap with the "R" stamped in it does NOT look like the OEM shock. Here are some pics of the OEM EM1 shocks for you to compare with yours...

LOL!!

Thanks for the reply. The pic posted is actually for the REAR. The FRONT does fit snug, and the ring is Tokiko (left over when they were swapped). I'm postitive the rear is OEM (I assume the rear sleeves should be snug). I'll post a side shot tonight and bump the thread.

Anyone confrim the rears are snug as well? Thanks.

I have O-rings BUT they aren't needed in front (fit is perfect). In the rear the rings tend to buckle under pressure. Unfortunately I don't have the install manual to tell me if they need to be used in the back.

Before you all ask, I did email GC for their feedback... Thanks for the replies all.
