OBDI to OBDII?

how do i convert a 97 civic LX OBDII D16Y7 to a OBDI with a minie me swap from a 94 DelSol D16Z6 head and intake manifold? any help would be awsome.

Upper right-hand corner of the page. It's red, looks like it spells "search."
