motor swap question

I Have a 94 accord ex that used to have an f22b1 vtec now i have no motor, and this one guy is trying to sell me a f23a1 vtec, will it fit perfectly in my car, any mods needed to the car?

the f22b1 motor was OBDI, I believe the f23a1 is OBDII. you will need to do a conversion.
