I know this should belong in the accord forum, but come no one ever goes there
All I want to know is, does an f20 in a 1990 accord have a manual or auto tensioner. Reason I ask is, well take a look

go to http://www.slhondaparts.com and look at the f series of that year and see what honda did, im almost positive it was a manual tensioner.
