this the last thing i need to finish my swap.

tach goes crazy when i get on the gas. and my speedo is about 20 miles per hour off. what should i look for to fix this? do you think its wiring or the actual cluster?

 

What car and swap. The speedo... Not sure. The tach is probably from a bad rotor in the distributor or it could just be loose. Or it could be the blue wire of the dist. next to the big Blk and Yel wire.

 

yeah i boought new rotor cap and plugs. im gonna install either tonite or tomoorow.

it looks like the blue wire might be loose. it was rewired for obd1. idont know for sure.

the swap is a 98 prelude h22a4 into a 93 civic si. using the stock civic harness, and running a p13(obd1 prelude vtec) ecu

thanks for the link but i dont think thats gonna help my situation.

i think it might be a loose rotor, or the blue wire. the wire was but connected but i could see some of it exposed. im cleaning it up and doing the cap and rotor tommorow and then ill update,

im also gonna check the vss anyone got pics&gt; or info on that? im gonna search again
