swap issues
alright guys..ive been having some start up problems with my 95civc cx hatch w/b16a....

i did an engine swap at school..(may05) i got it running, and it was perfect..4 months later one of the wires to the main relay just burned up on me..it turns out there was an overload on that wire..i had put a power wire to the junction connector to make my fan run all the time..what i thought was just a cap..but it turns out to be a crossover..so the harness burned up pretty bad..it must of melted the wire and shorted into another..anyway so i replaced the WHOLE cabin harness..it started fine after that..but a couple days later it wouldnt start and it made a funny noise..it cranks but doesnt fire.. the noise came from the relay(relay is good i have three, they all do the same thing) it made a loud clicking or clunking..and the fuel pump did the same, it would clunk really fast..but sometimes it would be fine and start..so i looked it over and decided my ecu was bad..i figured that out by plugging my stock one in and it started everytime..so i bought anther P30 and when i got it it didnt work..and then my stock one wouldnt work..but my old p30 would..so im at the point now where ive got three ecus and three relays what i believe are good..but my car doesnt start..i have spark and fuel..and its timed right..and everytime i turn the key something differnt happends.. its either starts fine..or just cranks..or clunks alot..ive only got one code its code 10 IAT..so anyone?
