Here is a pic of a bored b16 TB compared to a stck GSR TB, as you can see, the internal diameter of the bored TB is bigger

Any machine shop can do this. I am sure that there are people on the board who can recommend one in your area. If not, then just try the yellow pages. It is not a big task, and is pretty hard to srew up
