Default sh-awd swap

any one have any good articles on the possibilities of a swap from the new sh-awd? Im looking for which motors it would be a direct bolt on. I read some where that its compatible to the k-series motors, any one know? And how about its compatibility to a b-series mototr? What type of mods would be necessary to fit it on a 88 crx? Any help would be gratly appreciated.

What is WHAT compatible with? What do you want to make AWD? If you are gonna spend the money to make it, use a K24 crv motor and drivetrain and make it fit into your car. Eventually I'll get it done, but i'd like to see a few more as well.

The only car with SH-AWD is the RL, is it not? V6, ~$50,000... have fun.

From what ive read the crv tranny isnt durable enough to handle any decent amount of torque. Anyone have any articles on this setup?

It would probably just be cheaper to buy a RL or RDX.

It's not. Don't even go there. If you want SH AWD in another car, you'll have to get the complete RL or new RDX, cut the body off, and put your body on. The computer that controls SHAWD is the most advanced AWD system out there. It monitors way too much to swap, and controls pretty much everything connected. Watch this video first, then realize that it would be better to buy the car that has it than try to swap it.
