2006 Accord 6-6 Gets 30 MPG
Seriously. 
The secondary intake runners appear to open at 4000 RPM.
The car comes on the cam at 5000 RPM.
The trick seems to be to use fairly brisk acceleration through the gears but without opening the intake runners at 4000.
Last tank was 30.135 miles per gallon, and this has been the norm for the past couple of 93-octane tanks.
Car now has about 9,000 miles on it.
