Default Jumping an OBDI PR3 ECU (integra xsi)

i have an obdI pr3 ecu and harness from the integra xsi.

My problem is im throwing a code and i really want to see what it is but i have NO IDEA how to jump this.

There was a brown and blue wire taped off together seperately from the rest of the harness which i really thought was it, but when i cross them nothing happens.

ive searched and searched the car and cant find jack. Anyone have experience with this ecu/harness?

theres also a blue/black and yellow/black wire plug that plugs into some sort of solenoid under the glove box but it doesnt look like a service connector...

theres nothing like that

this is not a stock car its an 85 crx si.

there are 4 wires out of the ecu that are tapped off and tapped together

blue/white and solid gray
blue/white and brown/white

in the engine bay near the intake manifold there is a 2 wire plug that is unused. the wires going into are red and yellow
