Wuts up, Im going to be running all motor for a while. Im probably going to get the 4-1, b/c I hear you get better power out of them. But wut kind should I get. JDM ITR, DC or other companies. And now I need an exhaust. Im trying to stay a little low budget, but not with the quality. I need something thats going to sound decent good, not like a tin can. Im also probably going to get a high flow cat. Thanks for your help. Also I can run an ITR header right??

To begin with, you need to establish a budget for the parts, and also decide what your future plans are for the engine.

"trying to get the most HP gains" and "trying to stay a little low budget" do not go hand in hand. Low budget will give you mediocre gains, and decent quality. Baller will drastically increase your gains and quality.
As padawan said, what are your plans for the car? What do you mean by;

Do you plan on going turbo in the near future? If so just save your money because just about everything will become useless.

buying good quilty used parts is your best bet. a jdm itr header will work on your b18c1 engine, but you will need a different cat or test pipe.
what other modifacations do you have on your car so far? if anything, building a nice suspension set-up before anything. i/h/e won't really do much.
