How can I tell if the seats in my son's car are USDM or JDM and is it possible to swap the seatbacks from left side to right side? Drivers seat is not torn yet, but is grtting a little worn. If it is possible to swap I think the seats will last another 17 years. I searched but found nothing under seat swaps to help me. Please let me know what you think, if it is possible, I would like to do this today.

Many people say this can be done, BUT I don't believe it. I was told by many people it can be done, but nobody knew how. I took my seats apart and tried everything with the exception of taking the stuffing(lack of better term) and fabric off the frame of the seat(would work if you have the *****). They will not simply unbolt and bolt back up!
