my cousin works at honda and he said that he can order me ctr headlights from honda japan. i already have the part number, but we need a vin for a 99-00 ctr to order them. can anyone help????

If your friend works for a Honda dealer in the US, he will not be able to order them. There is no way to order parts that are not listed in the USDM Honda parts catalog.

just b/c its not in the catalog doesn't meen that there are ways around it
btw. i live in canada.. and they have the parts at the toronto warehouse and were a special order from honda japan. their not releasing them to my cousin's honda dealer until we have a vin number.

 

I wish we could get jdm parts from the dealership in the US... lucky canadians

Dude you don't need a VIN. There are plenty dealers in the USA that sell the CTR headlights. It's common... Why order from Japan when it's already here in the states.

 

i have run into places that want VINs to match when you order parts (non honda) but its to make sure that the parts are correct so there is no returns type thing

It's obvious this engine badge does not match any of the cars in North America.

this is ture. but for brand new ctr headlights that are $150obo (canadian) each. why not

i guess you don't read before you post. cause i WAS looking for a 99-00 ctr vin.
btw if you have a real ctr vin on your car, damn you lucky!
