Hey guys,
I just went to install my new wheel, hub, and quick release today however I cannot get my quick release to function. For anybody who is familiar with the FET quick release, the actual colar that rotates and locks the wheel on doesn't actually clear the locking colar, if that makes any sense. Anyways, any help is appreciated, I am personally out of ideas. Thanks in advance guys.

my NRG one has a button you have to push down while pulling the collar back...

check for a little button

 

I have that little button however thats not the problem. That button is used to unlock the colar so I can twist it...
