I need to make those threads on these pieces longer.

they are the pieces that hold the sway bar to the LCA, but my LCAs are really thick and I cant thread anything to it..

any ideas?

buy new lca's or new endlinks. the bushing are usually pressed in and the threads are on solid piece. good luck.

Use heim joints. That way you can use however long of a bolt you need to get the proper thread engagement.
