rebuild or buy another!!!

i currently have a stock 1990 integra LS(b18a) i ran this car into the ground!! ya know what i mean!! and now when i accelerate blue smoke comes out my exhaust what does that mean??
should i just buy a new engine?

buy a cheap one for the time being an rebuild the one you have.

A new engine is better than an usued one.
