I've been reading a lot, on tires and whatnot. Honestly, i dont know what to think anymore, i make a decision then i decide against it lol i dont know. so heres my setup, need some professional opinions i think.

14b turbo @ 9 psi, will go to 11 or 12 though.
kosei k-1 racing wheels 16x7.5
looking for summer only tires. i want something sticky in the dry, but wont be gone in a summer. im not as concerned with wet performance, just mainly dry and then in second tread life. i would prefer to not spend more than 100 a piece for the tires. thanks for your help and patience.

Kumho Ecsta SPT, 205/45-16, $74/tire. Very good dry traction, excellent wet traction (I realize you don't care about this), excellent treadlife.
The Yokohama ES100 ($82/tire, 205/45-16) is similar.
If you want much better dry traction, you can get the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 in 205/45-16, but it will blow your $100 limit (it's around $130). Excellent dry traction and wet traction, excellent treadlife.
Frankly, for a turbo car, I think you're better off spending the extra money and getting the Goodyears. It doesn't make sense to me to spend a lot of time and money modding a car for more horsepower, and then cheaping out on tires that can't handle the horsepower. Just my O...

would the azenis rt-615 be comparable dry traction to the eagles? i assume they wouldn't have as good tread life though, or have the azenis rt-615 not been out long enough to tell how well they stand up? heres my predicament, not quiet enough money, but i dont want to do it wrong then have to do it again. thanks for your input.

The dry traction of the RT-615 is a bit better than the Goodyear F1 GS-D3. I didn't mention the RT-615 because you said that treadlife is important. The RT-615 wears extremely rapidly, maybe as much as three times faster than the other tires I mentioned, including the Goodyears. If you don't mind the rapid treadwear, then the Azenis is a great choice.
If you get the Azenis RT-615, the best size for your wheels and car is 215/45-16. In that size they're $98 at Vulcan.
