lug patteren looks funny

i was about to but these rims untill i notice this pic. whats wrong with it? look like it was redrilled.

Looks like it's a 4X100 and a 4X114.3. This is not uncommon, what is is the fact that they are not eaqually spaced. THe larger bolt pattern in the bottom right corner sort of looks liek it was partially bored in the side of that flange.

Doesn't look like it came out of the factory. Maybe I am wrong. Do you know the details of what rim this is? Can you compare it to other pictures of such rims?

Crappy redrill job. I wouldn't trust them on one of my cars...

thats what i thought, jus wanted sumone else opinon.
