Default Windshield wipers move in reverse direction

I had to pull the wiper motor out and therefore remove the linkage. Now the wipers go in the reverse direction. They move down into the hood. Any know how to fix?

Make sure that all the crank arms are oriented as illustrated here:
Motor Crank Arm: down
L/S Wiper Pivot: Up
R/S Wiper Pivot: Up
