hey my new motor is soo strong i cant get traction!!! I hvae brand new nito 450s and i cant hook up for the life of me.. I have ES motor mount inserts w/ NO wheel hop at all.. just spinning in 1st and 2nd !!

what else can i do! besides these tires suckk

a friend had them on his prelude and they are great for CA but for your roads and conditions I would ask around

 

use less throttle?

 

what size rims/tires are u useing..if u have 15s they will spin alot more compared to 17s

 

Yoko ES100's or if you really want to splurge, Mich Pilots.

not really, bigger sidewall will make them less stiff so they won't hop and lose their grip as easily. still comes down the the compound and conditions.

this is just going to turn into a thread where people post what tires they have and say that they're good

 

BFG 225/50/15 drag radials did the trick for me, then you'll just be complaining about breaking diffs, and axles.
