Default Some BIGGGG random electrical problems

OK, so i rewired my headlight harneses for a wire tuck, and Somehow i must have made a mistake ( I Have no idea how!!) unless htese problems are un related:

Scenarios:

Low beams DO NOT work, although if i click it.. the high beams work w/o low beams and on the inside of the car.. the flasher arrows light up dimly !!

When i turn the car off, w/ the highbeams on.. I can pull ou the key and the car runs.. then when i want to turn off the car.. i just flick the headlights off ad it shuts off!!!

Also if i turn off the headlights the wipers begin to turn on!!

this is such a pain in the *** at night!! but d uring the day it runs flawlessly

Tell me which wires are crossed!! or help in anyway!

okay. work backwards. follow each wire. the only thing i can think of is you spliced into the wrong harness just go to step 1 and start all over

did you unbolt that relay or whatever is connected to the inner fender. it needs to be grounded. I know if its not some pretty wierd stuff will happen.

yeah there is a mass-ground right there, like 8 wires are grounded on the same spot, if you mess that up, you will have some serious problems
