VALVE TRAIN QUESTION!!!
ive got a 98 GSR w/ ITR LSD tranny. Im lookin to get a new valve train....Im thinkin of going with Skunk 2...
or
??? Also...the whole valve train cosists of only the valves, valve springs, and reatiners....right? One more thing...are there any other neccesities if u get a new valve train???

if your upgrading the valvetrain....you might as well upgrade the cams....get it? bigger cams needs stiffer valve springs......after that...tuning....upgrading springs and retainers isnt going to give you power...

I recommend getting the buddy club 3 package, which includes valve spring, retainers, higher lift cams, and gears almost 1 grand. Good deal...I got BC IV in my jdm itr but since you got a gsr and gsr's compression is slightly lower, I recommend getting bc3......after that.. get some tuning device and dyno tune....I went with hondata s200 but talk to your local tuner and see what he works with.
