and yes the head does come with the caps and rails and most of the sensors and solenoids on the head,they are just not pictured

it says PR-3 on the head...not ITR

 

itr heads are pr3 castings...it is an itr head...i will try to get better pics of the blended bowl area and the intake valve stems for the newbs that dont know this and wanna make stupid posts
