is the b18 plug and play into a 1995 civic hatch........if not, what else would I need to buy?? or would it be cheaper to make an ls/vtec hybrid?

B18a/b18b running OBD I will work properly on your EG hatch.

if you want to build LS/Vtec searc! you can throw on a vtec head on the block but the motor won't last long. The setup needs to be built properly for it to work and last.
