are performance parts for an 88-91 dohc crx zc motor hard to get? dont know anything about this motor but just found one for a good deal wanting to know how hard performance parts are to come by.
any help would be great

 

They are not that hard to come by...not as hard as people innitially think anyway. What parts were you looking for and I can throw you some links.

ok, here .. camshafts, valve springs, retainers, rocker arms, INTAKE MANIFOLD, fuel rails there

Camshafts- JG, Crespo, Exospeed, Crower
V Springs- JG, Crespo, Crower
Retainers-JG, Crespo, Crower
Rocker Arms- Why??
INTAKE MANIFOLD- JG, or do like I am and buy a spare send it to Maxbore or buy a spare, cut and weld to a D series
Fuel Rails I do beleive its just an SOHC rail, take your pick

I've only heard bad things about D. Hickman...never any good comments.
