Default Is this possible....from +35 to +40 offset

I found these rims :

but they wont fit on my Integra whit this offset (+35).
Do you think a machine shop could take off 5 mm to have them fit or will it weaken the wheel to much?

Thanks

i always wondered what the +35 offset 4x100 wheels were for. If they dont fit integras that well, what other cars can they fit on?

i have 17s with 215 40 17 tires on them and 38 off set. i had to roll the fenders a tad, i dont see why you cant fit those on a teg. if you run a 205 tire.
what size are they 16s?

NO!. Please do not machine down the wheel. The metal is there for a reason and chances are it's also forged so machine it will weaken the surface structure and make it more prone to fatigue cracks.

Are you sure they won't fit? DId you put them on and have them rub? What rubber is going on there?

they are 17in,
i dont want to roll the fender because the car was just painted and i dont want the paint to crack.
ill may buy then and run 205 tires and maybe shave the inner lip of the wheel well a bit.

with a 205 you should be able to fit..
i have a 215 and 38 offset with 17s they do rub on the back on the bumper tab but eventually it will go away haha.

you will deff have to roll the fronts if your really low. i pulled my front fenders about..1/4 inch and rolled the inner lip in.

the rear you really have to roll that lip in to clear also it will help to dial some camber in to get more clerance.

this should give you an idea of what your working with. but i have an eg i know you got more room with a integra.
this was after i rolled the fender and dialed some camber in. i had .5 or less neg camber.

before i rolled the fender the sholder of the tire was sitting on the fender.
