Since you have made 10 posts in the past 10 minutes about what to do to make your old LS faster, I will tell you the money you will spend to make this car move negligably faster you could have bought a GSR that will be faster from stock. If you are trying to go NA in an LS, your best bet is to just gut the car. The only way you will make any power from an LS is though NOS (cheaper) or FI (turbo is better but more $)

There are many companies that make good valves and springs for Hondas, Ferrara, Crower, Crane, TODA, etc, however there is not a ton of support for the '91 LS unfortunately.

Also, you should use the search feature for questions like these and just read what other people have experienced. You may want to check out http://www.g2ic.com for TONS of info on 90 - 93 Integras.
