good lookin wd. yea i was under the impression none of the 99/00 si came with abs, but i hear it was an option. anywho the wires i described as abs run to the rear of the car, and look the same as the abs plugs that were on my 94 ex. Thanks

Nothing that you labeled in the pictures would prevent your car from starting or running. The 2 into 1 is factory so retape it.

damn...nothing else seems to be faulty, or messed with. Possibly the under dash fuse box is toast? only the spot next to the right of the 3 10's lights up when using the lightester.

The things that can cause there to be no power in the fuse box are: blown main fuses under the hood (the box looking fuses), cut ign/acc wire, ign harness unplugged, bad ign switch, or something wrong in the fuse box. The box fuses can look fine but there can be a hairline break in it that can be hard to see.

hmm.. i'll double check em.. or expletive the dumbshit, i'll just go buy all new main fuse(s)/relay(s). thanks for the input. can anyone comfirm weather or not the underdash fuse box may be faulty? I dont see why any of the under hood fuses/main fuses would blow if all them are getting power. EDIT:unless theres a short of course.

also, if the car cranks over and wants to start, wouldnt the ign. be good still?

Go to http://www.the12volt.com and search your wire color codes. If your car has an aftermarket alarm, check to see if the brain is still good. The ignition wires all run through the brain. If so you could unplug the harness to the brain and jump the ignition wires together. hopefully this can be some help to you. good luck

the braided circled wires on the left of your photo are indeed ABS wires. all 99-00 floor harness's in hatchs and SI's are wired for ABS. it ends in a yellow plug underneeth the rear seat. You can cut em out, leave em, dont matter. ON the US cars, they do nothing. as far as the couple that are t tapped, alarm maybe? auto power door locks?

the 4 uncut at top are for the sunroof plug. I dont see a sunroof plug around there. is that possible?

yup. the 4 cut wires seem to be for the sunroof switch. other then those 4, there wasnt anything cut. maybe the alarm wires grounded out on somthing (since they were cut) or possibly somthing to do with the 3 wires that were tapped into?
